You (well admins) can customise that portal page to have anything you want on it like, text, images, maybe even videos.

again, suggestions are good!


Edit:
I can make the URL 'messiforum.forumotion.com redirect to the portal. (it currently redirects to http://www.messiforum.com/forum.htm) Now imagine that the portal was like a nice and colorful page with pictures or maybe even a video, the list of registration features etc.and a big 'REGISTER HERE' link. Surely this would persuade guests to join!!!!

Also there will be a banner saying: Existing members - Click here to enter the forum - which will send you to http://www.messiforum.com/forum.htm


If you understand what im saying.... shall i give it a go? see what i can do?

Its 100% customisable. Anything could go on it. Ive added some stuff..... any more bright ideas? feedback?
