Forumotions 'Reputation System'

Hello people

You know when somebody posts pictures or an interview etc. etc. Everybody will respond by saying thanks... Well.. now our friends at Forumotion have added a little something which you may have spotted.
At the top-right corner of any post, you will see a little + sign, and a little - sign. By clicking on the +, the poster of that post will gain a 'point'. The total points received for a user can be seen in their profile on the left of their posts.
Now, I don't really have much time for any sort of competitiveness within this, but I would ask you to use this feature, as it will help people feel that their things are appreciated.

p.s - you cant click + on your own post

p.p.s - if theres a green bar already, it means somebody else has clicked +, but you can do it too

p.p.p.s - we dont need to click on the minus' do we? I've made it so clicking minus doesnt make you lose points.. so theres no point using it guys
