The Bar Of Tabs, 'Home' and News!

Yehhh.. Ive had a little fiddle about. With the Navigation bar, and the homepage. A news page too.
Hoping maybe people may use the chatbox.
And maybe it is more appealing than the previous layout of the portal being the homepage.
Any passionate objections? Thoughts?

Portuguese football finances website Futebol Finance had drawn up a list of the 50 best paid football players in the world. The site claims that Barcelona player Lionel Messi is the third best player in the world with a year salary of 8.4 million Euros.
